1. eSIM Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, eSIM plans may become non-refundable once issued, activated, installed, scanned, or partially consumed.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The eSIM was not delivered successfully
  • The QR code provided is invalid or defective
  • The purchased plan cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue
  • The order was duplicated accidentally

2. Physical Products

Physical SIM cards and portable WiFi devices may qualify for replacement or refund if damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Customers should contact support within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence including photos where applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Incompatible or carrier-locked devices
  • Poor coverage in unsupported areas
  • Failure to follow activation instructions
  • Consumed or expired data plans

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, and payment providers.

Global Smart Connect reserves the right to investigate refund requests and request additional information where necessary.
